On the afternoon of the 24th, the main group of the Korean delegation, including Korean Sport & Olympic Committee President Yoo Seungmin; head of the delegation Lee Sukyung, who is also president of the Korea Skating Union; and the national teams in short track, speed skating, figure skating, bobsleigh, and curling, returned to Korea via Incheon International Airport.

In particular, Kim Gilri, who was selected as the Korean delegation's Most Valuable Player (MVP) after winning the gold medal in the women's 1500 m in addition to the relay gold medal that day, drew attention as she headed home with courtesy services provided by Lamborghini Korea. After exiting the arrivals hall, Kim Gilri went home in Lamborghini's super sport-utility vehicle (SUV), the Urus.

In an interview with reporters after returning to Korea, she said, "I am grateful that so many people welcomed me," adding with a laugh, "It feels like experiencing life as a celebrity." Kim Gilri went on, "I am scheduled to enter the athletes' village on Sunday, so I think I will start training again from then," and added, "I will prepare hard and finish strong at the World Championships."

Short-track skater Kim Gilri's nickname "Lambor-Gilri" comes from the fact that she boasts speed as fast as a Lamborghini supercar. Before getting into the Lamborghini, Kim Gilri said, "I am unbelievably happy. Thanks to my name, I got this nickname, and I am so glad this connection came about," adding, "I am very curious what the car will be like since it is my first time riding in one. I really want to get in quickly."

The vehicle provided to Kim Gilri was the high-performance super SUV Urus, with a top speed of 300 km/h. The Urus is known for its explosive acceleration, reaching 100 km/h from a standstill in just 3.4 seconds. Its domestic selling price is about 327 million won, and as of 2024 it accounted for more than half of Lamborghini's total sales of 10,687 units. Lamborghini Korea is said to be planning to provide a chauffeur service, assigning a professional driver so that she can travel comfortably from the airport to her home.

At these Milano Winter Olympics, Kim Gilri first won her maiden Olympic medal, a bronze, in the women's 1000 m, and then went on to capture consecutive gold medals in the women's 1500 m and the women's 3000 m relay. Fittingly, she became a double champion in Italy, where Lamborghini, the inspiration for her nickname, is headquartered.
