Securing Experienced Talent Ahead of Fleet Expansion

Parata Airlines announced on the 24th that it will conduct an open recruitment for experienced cabin crew members for the first half of 2026. This recruitment has been prepared to strengthen its safe operation capabilities and in-flight service quality ahead of the planned expansion of its fleet this year.
Eligible applicants are those with at least two years of experience as cabin crew at domestic or international airlines, and candidates with strong foreign language skills will be given preference. The selection process will begin with document screening and competency tests, followed by a first round of practical and English interviews, a second round of executive interviews, and a medical check-up, after which the final successful candidates will be selected.
In line with its brand slogan, Parata Airlines is seeking to break away from the framework of conventional airline services and pursue change, and it plans to enhance customer trust by securing talent who can ensure both in-flight safety management and meticulous service quality. Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on March 1 and must be submitted through the Parata Airlines recruitment website.
