To Be Unveiled at AW2026
Hansol PNS announced on the 24th that it has launched "Impacto AI Atlas," a vertical AI platform that supports process optimization based on manufacturing IT solution data.
The newly launched Impacto AI Atlas is organically linked with Hansol PNS's IT solutions for each manufacturing process, including its data collection solutions (EIS and DPS), manufacturing execution management solutions (MES), quality management solutions (QMS), equipment management solutions (PAM), and environment, safety and health management solutions (ESH). Through this, it provides customized AI insights across the entire manufacturing process and supports customers' AI transformation (AX).
In particular, Impacto AI Atlas has been developed so that companies can utilize generative AI without exporting their internal data to external environments. By keeping data on-premise, it strengthens security and enables companies to adopt AI without concerns about data leakage.
It also uses data collected on manufacturing sites to provide customized process optimization functions such as defect detection, inventory management, and quality data analysis. In addition, by expanding its scope to safety and health areas, including risk assessment and automated safety inspections, it can support a wide range of internal decision-making within companies.
Hansol PNS plans to showcase Impacto AI Atlas to customers at "AW2026 (Smart Factory + Automation World 2026)," which will be held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, from March 4 to 6.
