Samsung C&T Formalizes Bid for Integrated Reconstruction of Sinbanpo 19·25cha

Samsung C&T Corporation's Construction Division announced on the 24th that it will participate in the bidding for the integrated reconstruction project of Sinbanpo 19·25cha.

The integrated reconstruction of Sinbanpo 19·25cha is a project to build 7 buildings with 614 households, ranging from 4 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors. It is regarded as a key complex in the Banpo and Jamwon area, with strong locational symbolism and scarcity value.

Samsung C&T has put forward project safety and premium quality as its core strategies. Together with SMDP, a global architectural design group that collaborated on the designs of Raemian One Bailey and Raemian Heriven Banpo, the company has begun working on an alternative design.

The company plans to present high-end residential art through a unique exterior design and specialized floor plans that maximize the locational advantages of Sinbanpo 19·25cha, which is situated along the Han River.

Samsung C&T plans to offer practical benefits in various aspects, including financial terms that minimize the members' contribution through its industry-only top-tier credit rating (AA+), and the swift promotion of the project without interruption.

Through winning the order for this integrated reconstruction of Sinbanpo 19·25cha, Samsung C&T intends to create another Raemian Town that represents the Banpo area, in connection with Raemian Sinbanpo Palace and Raemian Sinbanpo Rio Cent, as well as Raemian Heriven Banpo (the reconstruction of Sinbanpo 4cha) won last year.

The reconstruction association of Sinbanpo 19·25cha plans to close the bidding on April 10 and select the final construction company at a general meeting on May 30.
