Gyeonggi Job Foundation to Offer Free Job and Organizational Culture Consulting for Companies

The Gyeonggi Regional Saeil Center of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation is recruiting companies to participate in the "Workplace Together Corporate Partnership."

This program supports companies in Gyeonggi Province by providing free job and organizational culture training, as well as professional consulting, to help create a better working environment for employees. A total of 30 companies will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligible applicants are companies in Gyeonggi Province with at least 10 regular employees, and at least 10 people must participate in the training. Priority will be given to companies where women account for at least 10% of employees, or to companies newly participating in the career interruption prevention support project this year. Participation is restricted for public institutions, companies with labor demand of less than three months, and companies with unpaid wages.

Selected companies will receive either "On-Site Corporate Training" or "Work-Life Balance Consulting," tailored to their characteristics and needs. "On-Site Corporate Training" will be conducted as in-person training of up to two hours per company. Participating companies can choose from a variety of topics, including managing intergenerational conflict, communication strategies within the organization, interpersonal skills in the workplace, and the role of middle managers as expected by leaders.

"Work-Life Balance Consulting" is divided into ESG (environmental, social, and governance) family-friendly management consulting and workplace culture improvement consulting. Companies select one type, which is then carried out in depth over a total of two sessions. ESG family-friendly management consulting is suitable for companies preparing for family-friendly certification in 2026. Workplace culture improvement consulting supports the establishment of an organizational culture and HR system based on ESG management, the improvement of performance- and fairness-centered evaluation systems, and the design of flexible work arrangements, thereby helping to build a systematic HR and labor management system. After the training and consulting are completed, follow-up support for participating companies will be provided in cooperation with local Saeil Centers.

Through this program, the Gyeonggi Job Foundation plans to proactively prevent communication problems and HR and labor risks faced by companies, and to support the stable implementation of work-family balance systems such as flexible work arrangements and parental leave in the workplace.

Kim Myeonghee, Head of the Gyeonggi Regional Saeil Center, said, "In a rapidly changing business environment, organizational culture is a key factor that determines corporate competitiveness. Through this partnership, we hope that companies in Gyeonggi Province will build a healthy organizational culture and that a foundation will be created for female talent to continue working without career interruption."
