SH Announces First-Come, First-Served Sale of Godeok-Gangil and Naegok Commercial Units

Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH) announced on the 23rd that it will be offering for sale 17 commercial units in apartment complexes within the Godeok-Gangil Public Housing District, as well as 2 commercial units in the Naegok urban-style residential housing complex (Seocho Sunforet).

The sale of the commercial units will run from March 9 to June 30. Contracts will be concluded on a first-come, first-served basis for visitors.

To reduce vacancies and stimulate contract activity, SH will subsidize brokerage fees when contracts are signed through licensed real estate agents. The brokerage fee support will apply to contracts concluded between April 1 and June 30.

The 17 commercial units in the Godeok-Gangil District are located in Complexes 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 14. They are vacant units completed between February 2020 and April 2022 and are available for immediate occupancy. The planned sale prices range from a minimum of 176.13 million won to a maximum of 501.61 million won, which represents a reduction of 20% to 50% compared with the announcement in the first half of last year.

The 2 commercial units in the Naegok urban-style residential housing complex (Seocho Sunforet) are first-floor units completed in October 2015 and benefit from the backing demand of approximately 4,600 households in the Naegok District. The planned sale prices range from a minimum of 560.56 million won to a maximum of 741.52 million won, about 25% lower than in the announcement in the first half of last year.
