Hyundai Futurenet Launches Marketing Solution "Target Marketing Service"

Industry-first multi-media company-based model
Real-time monitoring from campaign setup to progress status and delivery results

Hyundai Futurenet, the ICT-specialized company of Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 23rd that it will launch “Target Marketing Service,” the industry’s first marketing solution based on a multi-media company model.


The newly introduced Target Marketing Service is an integrated marketing management solution that sends text messages, app push notifications, and more to customers who have agreed to receive marketing messages from media companies such as telecommunications providers, credit card companies, and loyalty point operators.

A key feature is that it has systematized, for the first time in the industry, communication methods that were previously carried out via email or on paper, thereby improving advertisers’ work efficiency. Advertisers can check everything in real time within the system, from campaign setup to progress status and delivery results.


In addition, it allows for more granular audience selection based on customer age, gender, and region, as well as purchase history and areas of interest. Another differentiating factor is that marketing text messages can be sent to a wide range of platform customers, including those of telecommunications providers and credit card companies.
