Roborock Strengthens Domestic A/S...On-Site Service for S10 MaxV Ultra and More

Cleaning service available at official A/S centers
Extended operating hours for centers

Global smart home brand Roborock announced on the 23rd that it will strengthen its domestic after-sales service (A/S) system ahead of the launch of its 2026 flagship robot vacuum cleaner, the "S10 MaxV Ultra."

Roborock is operating a total of 26 A/S centers in Korea, including 15 official A/S centers run by its official domestic distributor Thinkware Mobile and 11 repair centers located inside Lotte Hi-Mart stores. Product repair requests can be submitted year-round at more than 315 Lotte Hi-Mart stores nationwide.


Starting next month, Roborock will launch an on-site A/S service for major robot vacuum cleaners equipped with direct water supply and drainage stations. The service will cover the 2026 flagship robot vacuum cleaner S10 MaxV Ultra, as well as the S9 MaxV Ultra, S9 MaxV Slim, Saros Z70, and S8 MaxV Ultra. The company plans to gradually expand the range of models eligible for on-site A/S.


The official A/S centers will also introduce a robot vacuum cleaner cleaning service. At the 15 Roborock official A/S centers, customers can choose one of three options for cleaning service: the robot vacuum main unit, the dock, or both the main unit and the dock.


The operating hours of Roborock’s official A/S centers have also been extended and now run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Including Lotte Hi-Mart’s operating hours (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), A/S requests can be made for up to 12 hours a day. Roborock plans to expand its A/S centers, focusing on key Lotte Hi-Mart locations, to further enhance consumer convenience.


Meanwhile, ahead of the S10 MaxV Ultra launch, Roborock is running the "Roborock Lucky Pouch Sharing" event, in which every participant receives a giveaway, until the 26th.


A Roborock representative said, "Ahead of the S10 MaxV Ultra launch, we have strengthened our domestic A/S system by introducing on-site A/S services to improve customer convenience," adding, "We will continue to provide services that deliver satisfaction not only with innovative product performance but also with after-sales support."
