This year's evaluation covered 561 institutions, including central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions, and was conducted across 12 indicators in 5 areas - proactive disclosure of information, disclosure of original documents, processing of requests, customer management, and system operation - based on performance from September 2024 to August last year.
Even as the average score of its evaluation group declined, Eunpyeong District recorded a higher score than the previous year and received full marks on three indicators: the number of items registered for proactive information disclosure, the completeness of original information in approved documents, and performance in analyzing customer demand.
The district has been proactively disclosing administrative information closely related to residents' daily lives on its website by category, continuously identifying new items for disclosure by analyzing frequently requested information and related keywords, and consistently providing information disclosure training for its staff.
Mayor Kim Mikyung of Eunpyeong District said, "We will continue to pursue more proactive and systematic information disclosure to realize an administration that residents can trust."
