The number of subscribers to the “Seodaemun-gu Happiness Mileage” app, a point integration management platform operated by Seodaemun-gu in Seoul (headed by District Mayor Lee Seongheon), has surpassed 10,000. According to the district office on the 23rd, as of the 20th, the app, which officially launched on October 21 last year, had 10,435 subscribers.
“Seodaemun-gu Happiness Mileage” is the first integrated point management platform operated by a local government that allows users to accumulate points through everyday activities such as walking, volunteering, activities with companion animals, practicing carbon neutrality, and clearing snow in front of their homes. It is available to Seodaemun-gu residents aged 20 or older. Accumulated points can be converted into Seoul Pay (1P = 1 won) and used at Zero Pay member stores within the district, including restaurants, cafes, and traditional markets.
Lee Seongheon, Mayor of Seodaemun-gu, said, “We will continue to develop this service into a platform that turns everyday life into value by offering an even wider variety of missions and benefits.”
