Morning low from -7 to 4 degrees on the 20th
Daytime high from 10 to 16 degrees...sharp temperature swings
On Friday the 20th, the temperature difference between day and night will widen to more than 15 degrees Celsius in many inland areas, so people are advised to take extra care of their health.

The morning low is forecast to range from -7 to 4 degrees, and the daytime high from 10 to 16 degrees. As morning temperatures will fall below 0 degrees in most parts of the country and strong winds are expected, the wind chill will feel even lower.
By contrast, daytime temperatures will rise above 10 degrees in most regions, bringing mild weather. The Korea Meteorological Administration has urged people to pay particular attention to safety, warning that ice on rivers and lakes may melt and crack.
Skies will be mostly clear nationwide, though the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Province will be partly cloudy at times. In eastern South Jeolla, the Gyeongsang region, and parts of southern North Chungcheong, where dry weather advisories are in effect, the air will be very dry, so people should be vigilant about preventing wildfires and other fires.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to reach "bad" levels in the Seoul metropolitan area (excluding Incheon) and the inland areas of Gangwon due to stagnant air, while remaining at "moderate" levels in other regions. However, in Incheon and the Chungcheong region, levels are expected to temporarily rise to "bad" at night.
Waves are expected to reach 0.5 to 1.5 meters off the east and west coasts, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters off the south coast. In the outer inner seas (the offshore area within about 200 km of the coastline), wave heights are forecast at 1.0 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
