"He's 72 and Looks Like This?" Shirtless Ice Bath by U.S. Health Secretary

Video Promoting "MAHA" Slogan Released
Workout and Ice-Bath Performance with Kid Rock

U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert Kennedy Jr. has released a video of himself exercising and taking an ice bath while bare-chested. Emphasizing whole milk and a high-protein diet, the video was produced as part of a campaign to promote his slogan, "Make America Healthy Again."

According to the official government X account (X, formerly Twitter) of Secretary Kennedy on the 18th (local time), the 72-year-old U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert Kennedy Jr. posted a video he filmed together with singer Kid Rock.

The video begins with the two men posing without shirts. It then shows them doing various exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, and cycling, followed by a move into a sauna. Secretary Kennedy jumps into an ice bath while still wearing jeans, and a scene of him drinking whole milk from a cup is also shown. The video further includes footage of the two of them in a kitchen preparing a high-protein meal together.

The video was reportedly produced to promote the slogan "MAHA (Make America Healthy Again)" put forward by Secretary Kennedy.

On X, he wrote, "I have two simple messages for the American people. Be active + Eat real food." Secretary Kennedy has consistently stressed a diet centered on whole milk and high protein, along with regular exercise, as the core of health management. In contrast, he has raised doubts about the effectiveness of vaccinations, which has sparked controversy.

Kid Rock, who appears in the video with him, is a singer who has publicly supported President Donald Trump. On the 8th, after singer Bad Bunny criticized the Trump administration during the Super Bowl halftime show, the championship game of the National Football League (NFL) season, Kid Rock took the stage at the conservative-led "All-American Halftime Show" in response.
