The expected snowfall from the 7th to the 8th is 3 to 8 centimeters (with more than 10 centimeters in some coastal areas) along the West Coast of North Jeolla, the southern inland part of North Jeolla, and in Gwangju and the western part of South Jeolla; 1 to 3 centimeters in the northeastern part of South Jeolla and along the West Coast of South Chungcheong; around 1 centimeter in Sejong and the northern inland part of South Chungcheong; and less than 1 centimeter in the southern part of North Chungcheong and the southeastern part of South Jeolla. Dry weather advisories or warnings are in effect for Seoul, parts of inland Gyeonggi, the East Coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, parts of the Chungcheong region, eastern South Jeolla, and the Gyeongsang region. In other areas as well, the air is dry and the winds are strong, so extra caution is advised to prevent forest fires and other types of fires.
