Umi Construction’s "Geomdan New City Umirin Riverfore" Earns Top Residential Service Certification

All Five Complexes Managed by Umie State Receive Top Rating

Umi Construction announced on the 6th that Umie State, its asset management affiliate, has received the top-tier "Excellent" rating, the highest grade in the Korea Real Estate Board’s residential service certification, for "Geomdan New City Umirin Riverfore" currently operated in Geomdan New City.

The residential service certification is a system in which the Korea Real Estate Board and the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) comprehensively evaluate residential spaces, convenience and public facilities, daily living support, and community activities, based on two years of operational performance after move-in at public-supported private rental housing.

With this result, Umie State has obtained the "Excellent" rating at all five of its certified complexes. Previously, "Chungbuk Innovation City Umi Lin Stay," "Paju Unjeong Umirin The First," "Paju Unjeong New City Umirin Centerfore," and "Gyeongsan Hayang Umirin Ecofore" had received the same grade.

Umie State is currently operating 6,676 public-supported private rental housing units and plans to expand this number to 17,300 units by 2030. It also plans to broaden its business into the senior housing sector by operating projects such as the "Guri Galmae Silver Stay Pilot Project," "Hwaseong Dongtan 2 Senior Facility," and "Cheongna Medical Complex Town Senior Facility."
