Samsung Electronics will visit apartment and residential-commercial complexes directly to provide inspection, repair, and purchase consultation services. The strategy is to enhance customers' access to services through on-site, close-to-the-field support.
Samsung Electronics announced on the 6th that it will operate the "Chajaganeun Baro Seobiseu (Visiting Baro Service)." In this program, Samsung Electronics specialists visit areas near customers' residences, operate service booths, and provide everything from product inspections and repairs to purchase consultations.

Customers can have their products inspected without requesting an on-site service visit and receive recommendations for products that are most suitable for their living environment. They can also receive consultations on any inconveniences with products they are using, installation conditions, and how to use the products. Consultations for purchasing smartphones, PCs, tablets, and home appliances are also available.
Starting this month, Samsung Electronics will begin offering this service in around 50 residential areas and plans to expand it to about 500 areas nationwide within this year. Customers can apply for the service through Samsung Store locations near their homes.
On-site inspection services, in which Samsung Electronics Service engineers visit customers' homes to check the condition of their products, are also supported.
In particular, for home appliances, customers can receive specialized purchase consultations tailored to apartments and residential-commercial complexes. For customers who wish to install a system air conditioner, Samsung Electronics will provide, in one go, guidance on customized products and installation schedules that take into account the layout, size, and lifestyle patterns of the household.
Samsung Electronics will also provide inspection and repair services for mobile and IT products such as smartphones, PCs, and tablets, and plans to operate a "mobile service center" vehicle equipped with smartphone diagnostic equipment.
Myeonghun Kim, Executive Director of the Customer Marketing Team at Samsung Store, said, "By strengthening collaboration with Samsung Store and Samsung Electronics Service, we have prepared a one-stop service that allows customers to receive consultation, inspection, and repair all at once near their homes," adding, "We will continue to enhance services that proactively reach out to customers to maximize their convenience."
