TPC Signs Strategic Partnership with China’s HCFA to Prepare for the Humanoid Robot Era TPC Mechatronics Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with HCFA.

TPC Mechatronics (CEO Eom Jaeyun), a company specializing in core drive technologies for AI autonomous manufacturing, announced on the 5th that on the 2nd it signed a Strategic Partnership and Supply Agreement with Zhejiang Hechuan Technology Co., Ltd (HCFA), a Chinese robotics technology specialist, for strategic cooperation and product supply targeting the Korean and broader Asian markets.

HCFA is a company specializing in industrial automation, robot components, and solutions, located in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Founded in 2011, it has grown to a workforce of around 1,700 employees. In 2022, it successfully listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and it has been recognized for its technological capabilities both in China and abroad, including through a strategic cooperation relationship with Bosch Rexroth.

In particular, HCFA supplies high-performance robot actuator systems, which are core components for robots, to Agibot (Agibot, Shanghai Zhiyuan New Innovation Technology Co., Ltd), a fast-growing humanoid and general-purpose robot company that is known to have attracted investment from LG Electronics and Mirae Asset and that has achieved the No. 1 global market share (based on annual installations in 2025). Through this, HCFA’s technological prowess and mass-production capabilities have been recognized.

Through this agreement, TPC Mechatronics will build a long-term cooperative relationship with HCFA focused on a wide range of industrial automation and robotics product lines, including PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, inverters, SCARA robots, articulated robots, robot actuators, and core components and systems related to humanoid robots. To begin with, TPC Mechatronics will be responsible for the distribution and market expansion of HCFA products in Korea, and the two companies plan to seek phased expansion into Asian markets such as Vietnam, using Korea as a base.

A TPC Mechatronics representative said, "This agreement goes beyond a simple supply contract and marks the starting point of a strategic partnership to jointly develop the global robotics market, including Korea and other parts of Asia," adding, "Cooperation with HCFA will be an important opportunity to provide Korean customers with more competitive solutions in the rapidly growing industrial and humanoid robot markets, and by combining the technologies and capabilities of both companies, we expect to create a new growth engine for the Korean robotics industry."

Meanwhile, TPC Mechatronics recently signed a strategic MOU for business cooperation in the field of AI autonomous manufacturing, including robot foundry and production, manufacturing, and logistics automation, with Seojin Auto (President Sung Dongsoo), a subsidiary of global manufacturing platform company Seojin System. Through this, TPC Mechatronics plans to gradually pursue technological and business cooperation with Seojin System with the goal of building a next-generation manufacturing ecosystem based on a robot foundry, and to establish a robot foundry ecosystem.
