Bunjani, who previously won on the Epson Tour (the second-tier tour of the LPGA) in 2022, made her debut on the KLPGA regular tour last year. Following Patcharajutan Kongkraphan of Thailand, who won the Taiwan Mobile Women's Open, the first event of the KLPGA Dream Winter Tour held in December last year, Thai players have now swept both the first and second Dream Winter Tour events.
Bunjani expressed her feelings, saying, "I'm very happy to win again after a long time. I'm really glad to be able to start the season with a victory." She added, "My closest friend served as my caddie in this tournament, which was a tremendous help. Especially in the second round, when my concentration wavered, my friend kept me focused each time, and I'm very grateful for that."
Kim Seoyoon 2 and Prim Prachnakon of Thailand tied for second place at 11-under-par 205. Hwang Yeonseo and Wang Zhixuan of China shared fourth place at 10-under-par 206. Kongkraphan, who won the Taiwan Mobile Women's Open, finished tied for 12th at 6-under-par 210. The final event of the Dream Winter Tour, the Philippine Ladies Masters, will begin on February 4.
