LG Uplus Enhances Long-Term Customer Benefits with Gifts and Cultural Perks

LG Uplus announced on February 1 that it will enhance benefits for long-term customers.


LG Uplus has designated the last Thursday of every month as "Long-Term Customer Day" within its monthly membership program "U+2+," offering benefits such as food and beverage and cultural experiences. This year, in addition to Long-Term Customer Day, the company plans to regularly provide experiential cultural and leisure benefits, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and trust in LG Uplus.

This month, in celebration of the Lunar New Year, an additional gift-a Scented Moment Floral gift set from LG Household & Health Care worth 50,000 won-will be given away by lottery. Long-term customers who have used the service for more than five years and hold VIP or higher membership status can apply for the event through the U+2+ menu until the 9th.


Starting next month, LG Uplus plans to offer monthly gifts, including invitations to cultural activities tailored to the season. The company stated that it is committed to delivering value that customers can feel in their daily lives, based on customer experience data.


LG Uplus is also strengthening U+2+ benefits that everyone can enjoy, not just long-term customers. Last month, the company introduced a two-month free pass to Baemin Club, and starting this month, in line with the winter break, LG Uplus will offer benefits for the online learning platform Elly High from the 12th. Customers with a premium membership or higher will receive a one-month free trial and a 30,000 won voucher for the textbook mall.


Customized benefits for the Lunar New Year holiday are also being provided. These include: ▲ 50% off Vivaldi Park lift tickets on the 2nd ▲ 40% off at Spa Land on the 11th ▲ 35% off at Jureong Jureong on the 13th ▲ discounts on musical performances from the 9th to the 13th ▲ and 30% off at Smob on the 13th.


Other popular monthly benefits include: ▲ 6,000 won discount at Paris Baguette on the 9th (for purchases over 20,000 won) ▲ 9,000 won discount on Baskin Robbins Family size on the 10th ▲ 8 Starbucks Star Rewards on the 11th ▲ 5,000 won Kakao Page cash ▲ 30% discount at Ottugi Mall ▲ CGV U+2+ (Popcorn M + Drink M) on the 13th ▲ one-month free pass to Welaa on the 19th ▲ and one-month free pass to Millie's Library on the 20th. These benefits are expected to reach many customers.
