SKT CEO Jaeheon Jung Conducts Nationwide On-Site Management... "Restoring Trust as One Dream Team"

Visited Regional Headquarters in Gwangju, Daejeon, Daegu, and Busan Over Two Days
"Adhere to the Basics and Principles... Take the Lead in Restoring Customer Trust"

SK Telecom announced on February 1 that CEO Jaeheon Jung engaged in on-site management and communicated with members of the regional headquarters from January 29 to 30.


During the two days, CEO Jung visited four regional headquarters in Gwangju, Daejeon, Daegu, and Busan. He participated in meetings with executives and team leaders, employee gatherings, and safety, health, and environment (SHE) inspections, listening to the voices from the field and expressing his gratitude for the employees' dedication.

Through this on-site management, CEO Jung urged, "I ask you to take pride in being at the heart of SK Telecom and to lead the way in restoring customer trust by adhering to the basics and principles such as quality, security, and safety." He added, "The dedication of the frontline employees who quietly fulfill their roles is the driving force behind SK Telecom's renewed growth. In 2026, let's all become one dream team and achieve greater accomplishments and happiness together."


During his visit to the Daejeon region, CEO Jung personally visited the PS&M Dunsan main branch, a directly managed agency, greeted the staff, and observed how they interact with customers. He stated, "Never forget that you, the employees in the field, are the most important link connecting customers and SK Telecom. I hope you approach your work with the mindset that even the smallest efforts in the field directly contribute to the company's overall competitiveness."


This on-site management also included time for CEO Jung to converse with members of each regional headquarters, where they discussed current issues and areas for improvement. In addition, key facilities such as telecommunications equipment, data centers, and transmission equipment rooms were inspected.


CEO Jung emphasized the importance of minimizing risk factors that may arise during work processes and remaining committed to the basics and principles.


An SK Telecom representative explained, "This on-site management at the regional headquarters demonstrated CEO Jung's strong commitment to strengthening communication with frontline employees, restoring customer trust, and achieving sustainable growth as one united dream team."
