Eastsoft Signs MOU with Daewoo E&C to Introduce Conversational AI Human

Eastsoft, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) services, announced on January 28 that it has signed a business agreement with Daewoo E&C to implement real-time conversational AI services in apartment complex rest facilities. This marks the first pilot case of applying real-time conversational AI humans, which have been mainly used in corporate, exhibition, and educational facilities, to residential complexes.

Eastsoft will apply its real-time conversational AI human service, "Perso Interactive," to Daewoo E&C's AI-specialized rest facility, the "AI Pergola."


Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to provide residents using rest facilities within apartment complexes with information on events inside the complex and facilities, as well as answers to operational inquiries, all through real-time conversational AI humans. They aim to create residential spaces where residents can interact with AI, thereby expanding the practical use of AI in daily life.


"Perso Interactive" is a service equipped with object recognition and on-device technology, offering security and operational stability suitable for residential spaces. Jung Sangwon, CEO of Eastsoft, stated, "It is meaningful to be able to realize the normalization of AI in everyday spaces like apartment complexes together with Daewoo E&C."
