Health Checkup Forms for All Citizens Available Starting January 26
Naver will serve as the "primary sender" of the National Health Insurance Service's electronic documents and will begin sending "Health Checkup Forms and Notices" starting on January 26.
The "Health Checkup Form and Notice" is a document sent to this year's health checkup recipients, allowing them to check their examination information, cancer screening details, metabolic syndrome status, and information about medical institutions.
Naver has expanded access options by making these documents viewable not only through the Naver app but also, for the first time among certified electronic document intermediaries, via PC and mobile web since July. Recipients can also view the "Health Checkup Form and Notice" on their PC through email. In addition, by utilizing Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology, Naver delivers the contents of electronic documents in audio format, improving accessibility for older adults.
Users can view not only the Health Checkup Form and Notice but also a wide range of over 350 different types of documents, such as metabolic syndrome guides, the Four Major Social Insurance bills, and notices of qualification changes for regional subscribers, all through Naver Electronic Document.
Naver leader Na Yunjae stated, "Over the past five years, Naver has sent more than 700 types of electronic documents, and this year, we will provide electronic document services to 30 million health checkup recipients." He added, "We will continue to expand our partnerships and enhance our technological capabilities, actively replacing paper bills and contributing to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives such as reducing carbon emissions."
