Kumho Tire has organized a special event to raise safety awareness among employees and strengthen communication between labor and management.

On January 23, Kumho Tire announced that it will be running the "One Drink for Safety, One Drink for Relaxation" campaign for all employees at its Korean factories, including the Gwangju, Gokseong, and Pyeongtaek plants, until the 29th.

This campaign was designed to provide warm beverages to employees working on-site despite the cold weather, offering them a brief moment of rest and relaxation, and naturally spreading a culture of safety.

In particular, the campaign goes beyond simply distributing drinks, with executives participating directly to add meaning to the event. Executives, team leaders, and department heads will personally prepare and serve beverages from a coffee truck.

At the same time, they will remind employees to follow safety guidelines and express appreciation for their hard work, aiming to bridge the gap between management and the field and create a space for genuine communication.

During the campaign, the coffee truck will display a safety campaign banner, and the cups provided will feature stickers with visual safety messages.

The campaign will be conducted in segmented time slots so that employees working various shifts, including day and night shifts, can all participate.

A Kumho Tire representative stated, "Through the direct involvement of management, we hope to spread a culture of safety company-wide and create an opportunity for unity between labor and management, where everyone encourages each other regardless of position. We will continue to implement various communication programs to ensure our employees can work safely and enjoyably in the future."
