Lee Taeho, President of Samchully, Appointed as 9th President of Seoul Real Estate Forum

The Seoul Real Estate Forum, a professional association of real estate experts, announced on the 23rd that it has appointed Lee Taeho, President of Samchully Future Business, as its 9th president.

The Seoul Real Estate Forum held its 23rd Regular General Meeting at EL Tower in Seocho-gu, Seoul, the previous day, and appointed President Lee as the new president. His term will last for two years. The inauguration ceremony also included the departure of former president Song Jongheon, CEO of GRE Asset Management.

President Lee graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Yonsei University, earned a master's degree in business administration from Seoul National University, and a doctorate in architectural engineering from Suwon University.

He previously served as Deputy CEO at Samil PwC and is currently President of Samchully Future Business and an outside director at Hanwha Galleria.

He has built his career in the fields of real estate finance and development, serving as a business strategy advisory committee member for Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), an alternative investment review committee member for the National Pension Service, and an asset management committee member for the Housing and Urban Fund.

In his inaugural speech, President Lee stated, "In a stagnant real estate market, the Seoul Real Estate Forum will strive to present the future of the real estate industry and become a key hub for knowledge sharing among members," adding, "Based on the active participation of our members, we will enhance the forum's status and contribute to the sound development of the real estate industry."

The Seoul Real Estate Forum is an organization where experts in real estate development, finance, law, and academia gather to propose policies and exchange information.
