Since September Last Year, Firmly Established as One of the 'Big Three' High-End Residential Brands Alongside The H and Le El
High-End Residential Complex Completes Phase 1 with 6,305 Households, Korea’s First Premium Resort City
Royal Park City, the high-end residential brand of DK Asia, one of Korea's top three real estate developers, is leading the high-end residential market. According to a ranking survey of high-end residential brands released by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute in January 2026, Royal Park City has firmly established itself as one of the 'Big Three' high-end residential brands alongside Hyundai Engineering & Construction's 'The H' and Lotte Engineering & Construction's 'Le El' since September 2025.
This survey was conducted by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, which analyzed 8,779,263 pieces of big data for one month from December 23, 2025, to January 23, 2026, targeting 10 high-end residential brands. The monthly high-end residential brand reputation ranking, announced by the institute, is calculated by combining the participation index, communication index, community index, and media index, all based on consumers' online activity big data.
The results showed that DK Asia's 'Royal Park City', Hyundai Engineering & Construction's 'The H', and Lotte Engineering & Construction's 'Le El' claimed the top three spots, followed by Daewoo Engineering & Construction's 'Prugio Summit', DL E&C's 'Acro', Doosan Enerbility's 'Trimage', Hoban Construction's 'Summit', POSCO E&C's 'Otier', Doosan Engineering & Construction's 'We’ve the Zenith', and SK Ecoplant's 'Define'. Among the 10 high-end residential brands, 'Royal Park City' stands out as the only high-end residential brand developed independently by DK Asia, which is one of Korea's top three real estate development companies, not a construction company.
In particular, DK Asia's Royal Park City has received high evaluations from consumers in the community index, participation index, and communication index. Royal Park City was the first to introduce the concept of Korea's first premium resort city, with most of its products and services featuring elements that are the first, largest, or only of their kind in the country. Furthermore, unlike other developers and builders in Korea, DK Asia continues to operate and manage the community even after completion, thereby enhancing resident satisfaction and increasing the value of the premium resort city. General visitors can experience the unique pride of Royal Park City through the 'Premium Resort City Tour', 'Totoro Event', and 'Future Exhibition Hall'.
Additionally, DK Asia maintains ongoing communication through sponsorship of apartment clubs, support for cultural and artistic events, and continuous win-win activities with the local community. Notably, DK Asia, as the first in the development and construction industry, attracted attention last year by holding a sponsorship ceremony for apartment clubs, and plans to continue supporting outstanding clubs in 2026 by holding another sponsorship event in February.
Shingyeomdan Royal Park City II received the World Landscape Architects Award, the most prestigious honor in the field, for its world-first 5D landscaping. It offers 38 types of community facilities at the level of a six-star luxury hotel and 13 types of high-end residential services. In the medical field, Royal Park City II has signed a business agreement with the International St. Mary's Hospital affiliated with the College of Medicine at The Catholic Kwandong University, a leading university hospital in Incheon, and is providing face-to-face medical services for residents for the first time in Korea, rather than remote services. Residents benefit from a range of medical services, including direct face-to-face emergency services, prompt medical guidance and reservations, and tailored health information.
On December 24 last year, Royal Music Room and Royal Legend Heroes were opened for the first time in a Korean apartment complex, receiving enthusiastic responses from residents. The Royal Music Room features six-star hotel-level interiors, sound systems, and a grand piano, creating a premium resort lifestyle where music and relaxation naturally blend into daily life.
Royal Legend Heroes, which allows residents to enjoy a variety of sports and leisure activities using digital screens within the complex regardless of weather or season, is also gaining popularity. This is the first time that premium content, previously available only at major domestic shopping malls and top resorts such as Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, Sono Calm, Sol Beach, and Sono Felice, has been introduced within a residential complex.
Meanwhile, DK Asia’s Royal Park City, which is leading Korea’s high-end residential culture, has already completed Phase 1, creating Korea’s first premium resort city with 6,305 households. Hana Bank served as the financial manager and Daewoo Engineering & Construction was responsible for construction. Currently, Phase 2, encompassing 16,025 households, is underway, with land acquisition completed and the approval process in progress. The long-term vision for Phase 2 is to set the standard for Korea’s high-end residential landmarks for the next 100 years.
