Shin Hyunjin, CEO of Hudson AI, and Del Parks, Chief Technology Officer of Sinclair Broadcast Group, recently signed the MOU at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, USA. Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate to launch a dedicated K-content channel (K-Channel) based on U.S. terrestrial broadcasting.

The purpose of this partnership is to combine Hudson AI's AI dubbing technology with Sinclair's extensive U.S. terrestrial broadcast network to establish a global distribution model for Korean content. The two companies plan to localize a variety of Korean content, including dramas and entertainment shows, through AI dubbing, making K-content accessible to American viewers without language barriers.

Sinclair Broadcast Group is a leading U.S. media company that owns, operates, or provides services to 179 TV stations across 81 markets in the United States and is affiliated with all major terrestrial networks. Sinclair plans to launch the K-Channel this year by applying ATSC 3.0, the next-generation broadcast standard.

Hudson AI localizes a wide range of content genres-including dramas, films, and live sports-through high-fidelity, immersive multilingual dubbing. While the K-Channel will be based on original Korean content, viewers will be able to select dubbed audio in English or Spanish, with additional language support available. Hudson AI preserves the emotions and nuances of characters, even reproducing nonverbal elements such as laughter and crying. By analyzing and controlling the emotional flow and acting tone of each scene through its AI dubbing agent, the company has significantly reduced the unnatural emotional dissonance often found in traditional dubbing.

Last year, Hudson AI partnered with major Korean media companies such as CJ ENM and LG Electronics to localize more than 400 hours of Korean drama content, supplying it to commercial FAST channels in North America and Europe. In addition, by collaborating with LG Uplus to provide AI-dubbed live broadcasts of KBO regular season games, the company is expanding the application of AI dubbing to live sports as well.

CEO Shin stated, "This collaboration with Sinclair marks a significant turning point as Hudson AI's AI dubbing technology expands into the U.S. terrestrial broadcast market. We will do our utmost to ensure that K-content is delivered to American viewers in a more natural and immersive way."

Chief Technology Officer Del Parks said, "By combining Hudson AI's innovative dubbing technology with Sinclair's nationwide broadcast infrastructure, we will create a new global distribution model for Korean content."
