The qualifiers will take place on the 22nd and 23rd, with two rounds of 18-hole stroke play. The main tournament will be held over two days from the 24th, featuring two rounds of 36-hole stroke play. A total of 151 players will compete in the qualifiers, and 120 players will advance to the main event. Prize money will be awarded to the top 60 players, and the winner's prize is 15 million won.

Except for 2021, when the KPGA Winter Tour Series was held domestically due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has consistently taken place in Thailand. This is the first time it will be held in Malaysia. After the tournament concludes, special benefits will be granted to participating players based on the integrated Winter Tour points.
