iM Bank (President Kang Junghoon) announced that it will publicly recruit corporate sales specialists from January 21 to January 30 to create new jobs in the new year and expand its business territory.
This recruitment targets employees with experience as branch managers at financial institutions. It aims to provide reemployment opportunities for retired financial institution employees, thereby contributing to job creation for the senior generation. At the same time, the goal is to actively utilize the extensive experience and know-how accumulated in financial institutions over many years to expand iM Bank's business presence in the Seoul metropolitan area.
Corporate sales specialists will be responsible for outbound corporate sales, including loans, foreign exchange, deposits, credit cards, and retirement pensions, by visiting large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Applicants are eligible if they have at least two years of experience as a branch manager at a financial institution, or at least two years of experience as a branch manager at either the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (technology) or a regional credit guarantee foundation. The recruitment is open to anyone capable of active sales in the Seoul metropolitan area, regardless of educational background, gender, or age, as it is conducted as a blind recruitment process.
Applications can be submitted individually through the iM Bank recruitment website until January 30. Successful candidates in the document screening stage will be notified individually. Final selections will be made in February after a physical examination and interviews, with work scheduled to begin in March. In addition to the base salary, a separate performance contract will be signed, and performance-based incentives will be provided.
