Ssangyong Construction to Launch Sales of "Ssangyong The Platinum Onsu Station" in February [Real Estate AtoZ]

Ssangyong Construction announced on January 21 that it plans to begin sales of "Ssangyong The Platinum Onsu Station" next month in the Goean-dong area of Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province.

Ssangyong The Platinum Onsu Station will be developed through the redevelopment of the Goean 3D District (201 Goean-dong and surrounding area) in Sosa-gu, Bucheon. The complex will consist of three basement levels and up to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 759 units. Of these, 230 units with exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters will be offered for general sale.

The complex boasts a prime double-station location within walking distance of Onsu Station, where subway lines 1 and 7 intersect. Residents can quickly access major business districts in Seoul such as Gasan Digital Complex (within 10 minutes), Yeouido (within 20 minutes), Seoul Station (within 30 minutes), and Gangnam (within 30 minutes) without transfers, offering excellent proximity between home and work.
