Composed of Investigators from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and Experts from Partner Organizations
February 5, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Chilgok County in North Gyeongsang Province will operate the "Mobile National Sinmungo" event, organized by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, on February 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the auditorium on the third floor of Chilgok County Office.

The "Mobile National Sinmungo" is an on-site civil complaint counseling system in which a team of investigators from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, along with experts from partner organizations, visit local communities across the country to listen to residents' grievances and seek solutions.

The counseling will cover all administrative areas, including administration, culture, and education; national defense and veterans affairs; police; taxation and finance; welfare, labor, broadcasting, and communications; industry, agriculture, and environment; housing and construction; urban and water resources; and roads and transportation. In addition, partner organizations such as the Korea Legal Aid Corporation, Korea Consumer Agency, Korea National Council on Social Welfare, and Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation will participate to provide specialized counseling services in areas such as legal advice, consumer protection, and social welfare.

If an issue can be resolved on-site, it will be concluded through guidance or agreement. Matters requiring further investigation will be registered as grievance cases and handled through a detailed investigation and review process.

An official from Chilgok County stated, "This will be a great opportunity for residents who have difficulty visiting administrative offices or are not familiar with using the internet to resolve their civil complaints. We will do our utmost to listen to voices from the field and provide practical assistance."

Meanwhile, residents who wish to receive counseling can make a reservation at their local town or township office, or visit the event venue on the day to apply in person.
