The signing ceremony took place on January 19 at Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul, with Clean Nara Chairman Hyunsoo Choi, Clean Nara CEO Dongyeol Lee, and Lotte Global Logistics CEO Byunggu Kang in attendance.

This agreement aims to reduce the environmental impact of packaging materials generated during logistics processes and to establish a resource circulation structure that connects packaging, transportation, and recycling. The two companies plan to jointly pursue improvements in packaging and logistics that can be applied in logistics sites, thereby enhancing mutual business value.

As a key area of cooperation, the two companies will jointly develop eco-friendly logistics packaging solutions. Clean Nara will develop eco-friendly packaging materials for Lotte Global Logistics' logistics services, while Lotte Global Logistics will provide performance standards required at logistics sites, packaging ideas, and packaging automation solutions. The developed packaging solutions will be jointly patented, and the companies will also collaborate on promotional activities to expand the market.

Clean Nara will work with Lotte Global Logistics to establish an "eco-friendly resource circulation system." Corrugated cardboard generated at Lotte Global Logistics' logistics centers will be collected and recycled, then reprocessed and supplied to Lotte Global Logistics' client companies and partners. In addition, Clean Nara plans to enhance its business competitiveness by adopting Lotte Global Logistics' logistics automation solutions and systems, as well as its parcel delivery and integrated fulfillment operation systems.

A Clean Nara representative stated, "This agreement is significant in that it represents collaboration where packaging solutions and logistics operations are organically connected. Through cooperation with Lotte Global Logistics, we will gradually advance packaging and logistics models linked to fulfillment services, and strengthen the quality of logistics services and operational competitiveness."
