The Songpa showroom will operate as a '2S' hub, providing both sales and service. Customers will be able to receive vehicle consultations, make purchases, and access maintenance and service all in one location. Key models on display include the country's first full-size electric SUV, the Escalade IQ, the flagship SUV, The New Escalade, and the brand's first electric SUV, the Lyriq. In addition, three new GMC models scheduled for domestic release this year will be exhibited sequentially.

The official agent for the showroom is TS Auto, which will be responsible for showroom operations and customer service. TS Auto has been Cadillac's partner for eight years, having started its Cadillac business in Cheonan, Chungnam in 2018.

To commemorate the showroom opening, an inauguration ceremony was held on January 16, attended by around 40 people including Hector Vizareal, President of GM Korea Operations, GM officials, TS Auto executives and staff, and invited customers. A delivery ceremony for the first vehicle sold was also held on the day of the event.

President Hector Vizareal stated, "This is a strategic move by GM to strengthen its premium channel in Korea and to introduce Cadillac and three new GMC models scheduled for release this year together. Based on Cadillac's 23% sales growth compared to the previous year, we will continue to expand our touchpoints with Korean customers, a key strategic market, through the expansion of our premium channel network."

Meanwhile, Cadillac plans to further strengthen its premium network by opening new showrooms in the western metropolitan area and Busan in the first half of the year. Existing showrooms will be converted to the premium channel system by the end of January, completing preparations for the exhibition and sale of new GMC vehicles alongside existing models.
