To enhance the reliability of this survey, the Gyeongbuk Office of Education plans to conduct a comprehensive assessment by cross-analyzing the survey results with actual reported cases of grievances, aiming to complete the process by February 13.

The survey will be conducted entirely anonymously and consists of 19 questions, including: whether workplace harassment has occurred, types of harassment experienced, perceptions of reporting and response methods, and suggestions for improving prevention of workplace harassment. We will boldly address any issues identified through this survey and strive to create a healthy workplace culture where all members can work with peace of mind."
