Rain or snow is expected in various locations, mainly in the central regions. The forecasted snowfall is 1 to 3 cm in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, around 1 cm in the inland and northern coastal areas of Gangwon, Chungcheong region, and North Jeolla, and less than 1 cm in eastern and southwestern Gyeonggi and the five West Sea islands.
The expected precipitation is 5 to 10 mm for Ulleungdo and Dokdo, around 1 mm for Gangwon Province (excluding the central and southern east coast), Chungcheong region, and North Jeolla, and less than 1 mm for eastern and southwestern Gyeonggi, the five West Sea islands, southwestern and northern inland North Gyeongsang, northeastern mountainous areas, and western inland South Gyeongsang.
In areas where rain or snow falls, some roads may become slippery, and in places where temperatures are low, icy roads and black ice may occur. Caution is advised for traffic safety.

The morning low temperatures are forecast to range from -5 to 6 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs from -3 to 10 degrees Celsius. While the morning lows will be somewhat higher than the seasonal averages (-11 to 0 degrees Celsius), daytime highs will drop below the seasonal averages (1 to 8 degrees Celsius) starting in the afternoon, and it is expected to become even colder the day after tomorrow. The Korea Meteorological Administration advises paying special attention to keeping warm.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels nationwide. However, due to stagnant air, the Chungcheong region will experience 'poor' levels until dawn, and the Honam region, Daegu, North Gyeongsang, and South Gyeongsang will see 'poor' levels until the morning.
Waves in the sea will range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea. In the outer seas (up to about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
