Shinsegae Department Store announced on January 18 that it will hold a wedding promotion targeting engaged couples preparing for their wedding in the new year.

Via Shinsegae's offline service desk, "Travel Concierge," will open at the Gangnam branch at the end of this month. This will be the second location, following the first one at Busan Centum City in October last year.

Customers who receive honeymoon reservation consultations will be offered a variety of benefits. These include discount coupons (KRW 300,000 off for purchases over KRW 10 million, KRW 600,000 off for purchases over KRW 20 million), local snap photo shoots, complimentary room upgrades, and a Shinsegae gift certificate worth KRW 50,000 for posting a review on social media.

Customers who pay a 10% deposit after the consultation will also receive a coupon pack that can be used in combination with other offers. This pack includes various coupons for electronics, furniture and beds, bedding, and wedding attire. When purchasing honeymoon packages, up to 100% of the purchase amount can be counted toward VIP status.

A special event called "The Everyday Luxury" has also been prepared for wedding gifts, which are considered the highlight of wedding preparations. During the event period, which runs until January 25, customers can download coupons for watch and jewelry brands through the official Shinsegae Department Store application. If they make a purchase of KRW 1 million or more with a Shinsegae-affiliated card, they will receive a KRW 30,000 discount coupon.

There are also brand-specific gift events. The watch brand Hamilton will give all customers a travel pouch and umbrella. The Italian brand Pomellato will offer a jewelry tray to customers who spend over KRW 10 million, a hotel food and beverage voucher for those who spend over KRW 20 million, and a spa voucher for two for those who spend over KRW 40 million, all in limited quantities.
