Maeho Park, CEO of Nature and Future Co., Ltd., held a book launch event for his publication "Learning from Soil and Dreaming of the Future" on the 17th at the headquarters of Nature and Future Co., Ltd. in Osan-myeon, Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, where he shared his vision for the future of sustainable agriculture and region-based industries.


The event was attended by key figures from the local community, as well as numerous professionals from the agriculture, environment, and industry sectors. They expressed great interest in CEO Park's management philosophy and his field-oriented approach to problem-solving.


During the event, CEO Park personally introduced the background behind writing the book and delivered messages on the direction of sustainable agriculture, models for the coexistence of local communities and businesses, and building an industrial ecosystem for future generations, all based on his hands-on experience. In particular, his explanation, which organically connected industry, region, and environment with "soil" as the starting point, resonated deeply with the attendees.


CEO Park stated, "This book is not a story of a businessman's success, but a record of the dilemmas and choices I faced in the field," adding, "I hope that small actions started in the local community can become an alternative for the industries of the future."


After the book launch, participants had time for free exchange, sharing diverse opinions on the main themes of the book and the development direction of local industries, making the event a meaningful venue for communication.


Meanwhile, CEO Park graduated from the Department of Agronomy at Chonnam National University and completed his master's coursework in Political Science at the same university. He is recognized for his contributions to the development of eco-friendly agriculture in Korea beyond Jeollanam-do, including providing 20 million won worth of his self-developed eco-friendly pesticides, "Myeolchungdaejang Gold" and "Ssageuri," free of charge to help control grasshopper swarms in Haenam in 2014.
