On January 15, Assemblyman Chun Haram of the Reform New Party began an unlimited debate (filibuster) in the National Assembly after a bill was introduced in the plenary session regarding the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate the facts surrounding insurrection, treason, and abuse of state affairs by Yoon Suk-yeol and Kim Keon-hee.
