Cha Biotech announced on January 14 that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment capital increase to raise approximately 10 billion won in operating funds.
A total of 771,664 new common shares will be issued at 12,959 won per share. The third-party allotment recipient is LG CNS Co., Ltd.
