In this context, the group held a launch ceremony for the ‘AX Innovation Leaders’ at its headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, the previous day.
The selected leaders will drive tangible results in their respective work areas by identifying AI and data-driven work innovation initiatives and redesigning repetitive or inefficient tasks from an AX perspective. Initially, they will receive basic training on planning, designing, and developing AI agents that can be immediately applied in their daily work, as well as advanced training tailored to each company’s work environment. Subsequently, they will accumulate hands-on experience and expertise in AX by directly designing and implementing AI agents optimized for their work using in-house generative AI and unstructured data platforms.
The launch ceremony was attended by Chairman Jin Okdong, key executives, and the 100 ‘AX Innovation Leaders’ selected from each group company, who shared future plans for the initiative. A talk concert with the management also fostered a shared understanding of the action-oriented direction for AX.
Chairman Jin stated, “Last year, we assessed the awareness and potential of AX through AI education for executives. This year, it is time for all employees to move to a stage where they actually utilize AI in their daily work. I ask the 100 leaders to maximize their ability to use AI agents and serve as catalysts for enhancing AX competitiveness across the group.”
