Lemmy, which made its debut by winning the Innovation Award at CES 2025, unveiled its 'commercial version' at CES 2026 after a year of technological advancements, receiving recognition for demonstrating its practical applicability in real-life scenarios.

◆ Technological Maturity Proven... "Evolving Beyond a Simple Robot into a Home Care Platform"

At this exhibition, Shinsung Delta Tech focused on presenting Lemmy not merely as a demonstration robot, but as a 'care solution' ready for immediate deployment in the daily lives of elderly individuals.

In particular, the company implemented an integrated system structure that organically combines autonomous driving technology, a Sensing Pod, and a charging station, earning high praise from both visitors and industry professionals.

The main upgrade points confirmed at this exhibition include: ▲ enhanced autonomous driving stability and route recognition performance optimized for indoor environments; ▲ Sensing Pod-based cognitive technology that precisely detects user status and living conditions; ▲ improved charging station structure for greater user convenience and operational continuity. Through these advancements, Lemmy has demonstrated its potential to evolve into a comprehensive home care platform that manages the entire care environment within the home.

◆ Harmonizing AI-Based Personalized Care and Privacy Protection

On-site, Lemmy used voice recognition and conversational AI to learn users' daily routines and demonstrated features such as medication reminders, schedule notifications, and emotional interaction.

Notably, its design minimizes camera usage and centers on sensors and voice data, which has been recognized as an innovative solution to the privacy concerns that are a key challenge for senior care robots.

Additionally, Lemmy's indoor autonomous navigation enables it to follow users or patrol designated areas, and its safety management feature-which sends immediate alerts to caregivers in the event of prolonged inactivity or falls-drew significant attention from visitors.

◆ Global Market Expansion in Sight... "A Win for Practical Robot Solutions"

Overseas buyers who visited the exhibition commented that "Lemmy stands out for its practicality, offering immediate real-world applicability rather than complex technology, which is particularly valuable in rapidly aging global markets."

Industry analysts noted that CES 2026 has established Lemmy as a representative case demonstrating that robot technology from Korean manufacturing-based companies can secure genuine competitiveness in the global market.

A representative from Shinsung Delta Tech stated, "Through this exhibition, we have confirmed the potential of robot solutions that can be applied to the daily lives of seniors, going beyond mere technology demonstrations," adding, "We plan to accelerate our entry into the global home care market by expanding Lemmy's functions to include smart home appliance control, healthcare data integration, and care services."
