ABL Life was first certified as a 'Family-Friendly Company' in 2017 and has since been reselected for the honor four consecutive times. The company will maintain its certification status through 2028.

ABL Life has been enhancing work flexibility by operating a flexible working hours system, enabling employees to better balance their work and family lives. The usage rate of parental leave and reduced working hours for female employees with young children has reached 92%. The retention rate for employees after childbirth and childcare is 98%, and the rate of paternity leave usage is also high at 92%. The company received high marks for establishing an organizational culture where using these systems does not lead to career interruption.

Additionally, ABL Life operates a variety of support systems that consider the entire life cycle of its employees, including family care leave, health checkups and counseling programs for employees and their families, as well as support for self-development and long-term service. The company also continues its efforts to instill a family-friendly culture throughout the organization through welfare programs such as family events, educational programs, family resort support, and Family Day initiatives.

With this latest family-friendly certification, ABL Life plans to further strengthen its family-friendly management by focusing on enhancing the quality of its programs and improving employees' experience of these systems. The company also aims to establish a family-friendly management model that can serve as a best practice example externally.

Lee Sangyoon, Head of HR at ABL Life, said, "This renewed family-friendly company certification is a meaningful achievement that recognizes our efforts to help employees balance work and family life," adding, "We will continue to expand various family-friendly policies so that our employees can work with joy and pride."
