Big Hit Music announced on January 14 that BTS will embark on a world tour, visiting 34 cities around the globe starting in April.

This tour marks the group's first set of concerts in four years since the "BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE" tour concluded in Las Vegas, United States, in 2022.

The tour will kick off in Goyang, South Korea, and span 79 shows across 34 cities in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. This is the highest number of shows for a single tour by a K-pop artist. In Korea, concerts will be held at Goyang Sports Complex on April 9, 11, and 12. The tour will continue in Busan on June 12 and 13, with June 13 marking the anniversary of BTS's debut.

The North American leg will begin in Tampa on April 25 and 26, covering 28 shows in 12 cities. El Paso Sun Bowl Stadium and Foxborough Gillette Stadium will host K-pop concerts for the first time. The concert at Stanford Stadium will make BTS the second artist to perform there after Coldplay, and the shows at Arlington AT&T Stadium and Baltimore M&T Bank Stadium will be the first by a Korean artist.

In Europe, BTS will hold 10 concerts in five cities, including London, Paris, Madrid, and Brussels, during June and July. Madrid and Brussels will see BTS's first solo concerts in those cities. The tour will then expand to the Middle East after visiting five cities in South America, including Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires. This tour will feature a 360-degree stage production.

Before the tour, BTS will release their fifth full-length album on March 20. This album, which includes 14 tracks, marks their first group activity in three years and nine months.
