EMRO Launches New Partner Portal... Expanding an Ecosystem Centered on Outstanding Partners

EMRO, the leading AI-based supply chain management software company in Korea, announced on January 14 that it has launched the "EMRO Partner Portal" to build a high-quality partner ecosystem.


The new partner portal is an integrated partner communication platform that enables everything from partner registration applications and review status checks to partner management and evaluation in one place. EMRO expects that, with the opening of the portal, it will further strengthen collaboration with its rapidly growing number of partners, driven by the increasing number of domestic and overseas procurement system implementation and supply projects. The company anticipates that it will continue to expand its pool of highly capable partners.


EMRO has been continuously discovering specialized partners who build and operate procurement solutions and has established various programs to strengthen its partner network. Since last year, the company has been systematically operating training programs on EMRO solutions, including the global SRM SaaS solution "Caidentia," to enhance the technical capabilities of partner personnel and support stable project execution. In line with its overseas business expansion, EMRO is also providing English-language training content for global partners and advanced training curricula for developers, striving to nurture solution experts.


The company has also steadily advanced its partner evaluation system, including evaluation criteria, items, and weighting. Based on this, EMRO conducts both training completion assessments and project execution evaluations. Depending on the results, partners are classified into gold, silver, and bronze tiers, enabling systematic discovery and development of outstanding partners.


As a result of these efforts, the number of EMRO partners increased by approximately 40%, from 42 companies in 2024 to 59 companies by the end of 2025. The number of training graduates also saw significant growth, rising more than sevenfold from 15 in 2024 to 115 by the end of 2025, demonstrating concrete achievements.


Going forward, EMRO plans to continue expanding its pool of outstanding partners based on the new partner portal. The company aims to build a partner-centric ecosystem with superior technical capabilities and procurement expertise by discovering Sales & Implementation partners who can handle not only system implementation, but also the introduction, demonstration, sales, and deployment of EMRO solutions.


An EMRO representative stated, "By expanding a reliable and high-quality partner pool, EMRO will be able to focus more on developing next-generation procurement solutions and PoC (Proof of Concept) projects for clients."


The representative added, "We also expect to accelerate our transformation into a SaaS company by increasing the share of highly profitable software license-based revenue."
