"Incheon Airport Sky Branch" Opens in 3rd Floor Duty-Free Zone
Exclusive Menu Featuring Korean Ingredients Launched
BR Korea announced on January 14 that it will open the "Incheon Airport Sky Branch," a Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin combo store, at Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport (T2).
The "Incheon Airport Sky Branch" is located between Gates 280 and 281 in the duty-free area on the third floor of Terminal 2, covering approximately 319 square meters (96 pyeong). Taking into account the airport environment, where quick movement and waiting coexist, the store has placed RTD (Ready to Drink) beverages and desserts at the front of the showcase for added convenience. There is also a relaxation area where customers can enjoy panoramic airport views before boarding, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows installed at both the front and rear of the store.
In line with the high proportion of international travelers in the area, the store will also offer exclusive menu items. Baskin-Robbins has launched its signature menu item, "Sweet Potato Brulee with Ice Cream," as part of its "K-Dessert" concept, which uses traditional Korean ingredients. This dish features freshly baked sweet potato topped with crispy brulee and creamy ice cream.
Six types of "Double Shake" beverages will also be released at the "Incheon Airport Sky Branch." The lineup includes two flavors made with fresh fruit and French cocoa powder for enhanced taste-"Strawberry & Banana Shake" and "Chocolate & Banana Shake"-as well as four additional flavors: strawberry, banana, chocolate, and vanilla. These beverages will also be available at key company-owned stores, such as "Workshop by Baskin-Robbins" and "Baskin-Robbins."
Dunkin will introduce the "Fluffy Cloud Cream Donut," inspired by clouds floating in the blue sky. This donut features a soft and chewy texture and a sweet flavor, created using blue milk cream and marshmallow. In addition, Dunkin will launch the "Lucky Rice Cake Munchkin Set (7 pieces)," which reinterprets the traditional Korean snack "Gyeongdan," typically eaten to ward off bad luck, as munchkins. The set comes in four flavors: strawberry cream, mugwort red bean, castella, and chocolate castella.
A BR Korea representative stated, "Through the Incheon Airport Sky Branch, we aim to showcase the appeal of K-Desserts to global customers and establish ourselves as a must-visit K-Dessert brand at Incheon Airport by offering differentiated menu items and a unique spatial experience."
