Exchange Resolves to Delist Kainos Med

The KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange announced on January 13 that the KOSDAQ Market Committee held a meeting and resolved to delist the shares of Kainos Med after deliberating on whether to maintain their listing.

Previously, the Corporate Review Committee had already decided to delist Kainos Med shares through deliberation and resolution on November 21 of the previous year. Kainos Med filed an objection on December 12 of the same year.
