Special Supply of Contract-Canceled Officetel Units at "Dieter Prestige Dongtan Station" in Prime Location Adjacent to Dongtan Station

Special Supply of Contract-Canceled Officetel Units at "Dieter Prestige Dongtan Station" in Prime Location Adjacent to Dongtan Station Dieter Prestige Dongtan Station

The mixed-use residential complex "Dieter Prestige Dongtan Station," located in a prime area adjacent to Dongtan Station, is accepting non-priority applications for officetel units today (January 13). This special supply targets a limited number of officetel units for which contracts were canceled after all units had initially been sold out. Any adult aged 19 or older residing in Korea is eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted regardless of subscription savings account status, place of residence, or current home ownership.

Applications for this non-priority subscription will be accepted until 5:30 p.m. today (January 13). The winners will be announced after 4:00 p.m. on January 16 (Friday), and contracts will be signed on January 19 (Monday). The available units are not new offerings but are officetel units that became available due to contract cancellations after the original sale was completed. As these units are exceptionally available in a complex that already proved its location and product appeal with high competition rates at the time of initial sales, both end-users and investors are showing significant interest.

The officetel units available in this non-priority subscription offer a maximum discount of 9.5% off the original sale price, which translates to up to 87.07 million won in price reduction. In addition, up to 20% of the balance payment can be deferred for up to two years, significantly easing the initial financial burden for end-users, especially in the current environment of stricter lending conditions. The complex has already been completed, allowing for immediate occupancy. For some units, by utilizing available financial options, residents can move in with an actual out-of-pocket cost in the 100 million won range.

"Dieter Prestige Dongtan Station" boasts a prime location within walking distance of Dongtan Station, which serves both the GTX-A line and SRT. The large-scale complex consists of 531 apartment units, 323 residential officetel units, and office and commercial facilities, offering integrated residential, work, and commercial functions. The officetel units feature residential layouts that can serve as apartment alternatives, with a standard 3-bay, 3-room design, pantries, and dressing rooms. The living rooms have a ceiling height approximately 10 cm higher than typical apartments and a tray ceiling design for a greater sense of openness. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass railings further maximize natural light and views.

Inside, major built-in appliances such as Samsung Bespoke refrigerators, kimchi refrigerators, steam ovens, and ceiling-mounted heating and cooling FCUs, as well as integrated bidets, are provided as standard. High-end materials have been used throughout the flooring, walls, and lighting, reducing the need for additional option costs. Community facilities are shared with the apartment residents, allowing access to premium amenities such as a golf practice range and fitness center.

Dongtan 2 New Town, where the complex is located, is a non-regulated area, so there are no resale restrictions or requirements for actual occupancy, and contracts can be signed regardless of existing home ownership. The complex is adjacent to the Samsung SDI office within the site, as well as nearby Samsung Electronics Giheung and Hwaseong campuses, Dongtan Techno Valley, and the planned Yongin Semiconductor Mega Cluster. This proximity to major employment centers, combined with the GTX transport network, is expected to sustain strong demand for residential units close to workplaces.

Meanwhile, the model home for these officetel units is currently open in Osan-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province.
