Ten Companies Leading with AI, Robotics, and Eco-Friendly Technologies
Engage in Follow-Up Negotiations with Global Buyers
Chungnam has secured a foothold for entering the global market by achieving export results at CES 2026, the world’s largest technology expo.
The Chungnam provincial government announced that small and venture businesses from the province, focusing on artificial intelligence, robotics, and eco-friendly energy sectors, recorded export consultations amounting to nearly 50 million dollars.
The province stated on January 12 that it participated in CES 2026, held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 6 to 9 local time, and operated the “Chungnam Pavilion” within the KOTRA Integrated Korea Pavilion (GP Pavilion) at the Venetian Expo.
The Chungnam Pavilion featured ten promising local companies representing future industries such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, digital health, and eco-friendly energy.
At the expo, products with both technological competitiveness and marketability were showcased, including robotic vertical farms, autonomous robots, AI-based environmental and platform technologies, healthcare hygiene appliances, next-generation wind turbines, and vehicle control services, attracting the attention of global buyers.
The participating companies were Rowain, Ace Life, Growit, Ian Hitech, Neosol, JInnotech, Innovace, Shuolz, Girobotics, and Ara.
These companies conducted product demonstrations and technical presentations for buyers and investors from around the world, resulting in a total of 210 export consultations worth 49.05 million dollars.
In particular, numerous follow-up negotiations are underway with overseas companies, especially in the fields of AI, robotics, and eco-friendly energy, increasing the likelihood of these consultations leading to actual export contracts.
The province plans to ensure that these achievements do not remain a one-off event by providing ongoing management, including follow-up matching and contract support for the companies and buyers, as well as linking overseas certification and marketing, to facilitate actual exports.
A provincial official stated, “CES is a global platform that directly connects technology and the market. Through the operation of the Chungnam Pavilion, we have once again confirmed the potential for local companies to expand overseas, and we will continue to provide systematic support until these achievements result in actual contracts.”
Meanwhile, since the start of the 8th popularly elected administration, Chungnam Province has consistently supported local companies’ global expansion by assisting participation in international exhibitions and hosting overseas export consultation events.
As a result, prior to this CES, the province had achieved a cumulative total of 1.5 billion dollars in export consultations and 700 million dollars in export agreements.
