According to the legal community on January 9, Jipyung recorded 132.7 billion won in domestic law firm revenue last year, marking approximately 10% growth compared to the previous year. With 11.8 billion won from its patent law firm and 5.5 billion won from overseas branches, the total revenue reached 150 billion won.

Jipyung explained that the success of its "Legal & Beyond" strategy was driven by a new generation of young attorneys who succeeded the founding members and took the lead in management. Alongside changes in leadership, the firm restructured key organizations under young leadership and recruited non-lawyer experts from various fields, transforming into an organization that provides integrated solutions beyond legal advisory services.

To respond swiftly to the global regulatory environment and domestic policy changes, last year Jipyung launched the Listing Maintenance Support Center, Management Rights Dispute & Shareholder Engagement Response Center, Climate & Energy Center, Technology Center, Project REITs Integrated Support Center, Digital Forensics Center, and Global Risk Response Center. This year, it is preparing to launch the Safety Management Consulting Center, AI Bio Healthcare Center, and Financial Consumer Response Center.

Jipyung also made its mark in the fair trade sector by winning cases involving Kakao Mobility's taxi dispatch algorithm and Naver Shopping's search algorithm. The firm demonstrated its global capital market advisory capabilities by successfully facilitating the local listing of Cuckoo International, the Malaysian subsidiary of Cuckoo Homesys. In the labor sector, Jipyung represented a steel company and secured a ruling recognizing legal subcontracting.

Managing Partner Haenggyu Lee stated, "Last year's double-digit growth is the result of Jipyung's commitment to the core mission of law firms-fundamental problem-solving for clients-through a strategy of specialization by field and enhanced cross-departmental collaboration. We will continue to proactively respond to changes in the market and among clients, setting a new standard for future legal services with Jipyung's unique competitive edge."
