Sangmyung University Introduces Real-Time Career and Employment MentorLink System Sangmyung University

The MentorLink System, overseen by the University Job Plus Center at Sangmyung University, is an online-based counseling platform designed to systematically support students' career and employment competencies and to enhance the quality of counseling.

This system is operated for Sangmyung University freshmen, current students, and prospective graduates, with the aim of providing continuous, personalized career development support and strengthening employment competitiveness.

The MentorLink System selects Sangmyung University alumni who are currently working as mentors, connects them with participants, and provides practical information and field-based knowledge for job preparation.

Based on this, the university plans to establish a virtuous cycle in which current students and graduates build networks, and participating students can later join as mentors after graduation.

Additionally, the "eDISC" and "APTIFIT" assessments are conducted in parallel to diagnose participants' behavioral types and aptitudes. By utilizing the evaluation data, the university expects to see tangible improvements in employment capabilities.

Meanwhile, the University Job Plus Center at Sangmyung University has been recognized for its outstanding employment support programs, earning the highest "Excellent" rating for three consecutive years.
