The police added that they identified the suspects the previous evening and visited their residences, but the men were not home. Although the police contacted them and requested their attendance, they have not yet received a response.

The suspects, including Mr. A, are accused of shooting a bow near Ms. B, a woman in her 50s, who was walking her dog at Cheongju Sangdang-gu Youth Square at around 11:40 p.m. on January 7.

Nearby CCTV footage captured the suspects taking a bow out of the trunk of a car parked about 70 meters away by the roadside and drawing the bowstring.

At the time, the arrow landed in a flower bed in the square, 1.5 meters away from the dog and 2.5 meters away from Ms. B.

The arrow was 80 centimeters long and had a metal tip.

The police believe the suspects committed the act after drinking at a nearby restaurant.

The police stated that if the suspects fail to comply with the summons, they will apply for arrest warrants.
