The Sangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry, led by Chairman Cho Sunje, held the "2026 New Year’s Gathering for Business Leaders" at the Mariance Wedding Convention in Sangju on January 8. At the event, they declared the beginning of public-private cooperation aimed at overcoming crises and moving toward growth.

In his New Year’s address, Chairman Cho Sunje stated, "I extend my deepest respect to all business leaders who have been a steadfast pillar for the Sangju economy despite the rapidly changing business environment." He added, "In 2026, the Sangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry will serve as a partner driving corporate innovation and growth, making this a year when the people of Sangju can truly feel the changes."
